Data Product Manager

London/Horsham – Hybrid (3 days per week in office) Salary 90k – 95k

VIQU has partnered with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to take ownership of the development, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of data products. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving data strategy and delivering high-value data solutions that align with business objectives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the Data Product Manager: • Drive implementation of data product strategy aligned to business objectives • Own the product roadmap and act as Product Owner for data products • Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise value delivery • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and product features • Lead Agile delivery, including sprint planning and iterative development • Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance standards are met • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data products successfully • Continuously improve products through performance monitoring and user feedback

Key Requirements of the Data Product Manager

MUST HAVE insurance industry experience
Proven experience owning and delivering data products
Strong understanding of data product value within financial services
Experience with Azure and tools such as Databricks
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management
Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
Experience with data governance, compliance, and data quality
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver end-to-end solutions
