Reed are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for a Data & Operations Coordinator to join their established team in Huddersfield on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, analyst, or customer-focused professional who enjoys investigating issues, analysing data, resolving queries, and ensuring financial accuracy. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and recovering costs incurred through operational inefficiencies and supporting the wider business with reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and analyse additional operational costs and identify opportunities for revenue recovery.

Gather and collate supporting evidence to enable costs to be accurately recharged to customers.

Investigate customer queries relating to account discrepancies, product differences, and service issues.

Conduct detailed root cause analysis to determine liability for operational delays and inefficiencies.

Produce accurate reports and analysis to support business decision-making.

Support ad hoc projects and provide analytical insight where required.

Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues efficiently.

Provide support across the analyst team during periods of absence or increased workload.

What We're Looking For

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience within an analytical, administrative, customer service, finance, or operational support role.

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigations.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Confident working independently and managing workload priorities.

Experience of producing reports, investigating issues, or handling customer queries would be advantageous.
