Data Engineer - London/Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Fabric and Azure to join a major organisation investing heavily in its data and technology capability.

Responsibilities

Design and build data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across multiple data sources.

Work with Fabric Lakehouses, Notebooks, Pipelines and Workspaces.

Build solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL and Synapse.

Develop using SQL, Python and PowerShell.

Optimise data pipelines, queries and data models.

Support analytics and reporting using Power BI.

Ensure strong data quality, security and governance.

Use Azure DevOps/GIT for source control and deployment.

Experience Needed

Strong hands-on Microsoft Fabric and Azure experience.

Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL and Synapse.

Strong SQL plus Python and/or PowerShell.

Strong ETL/ELT, data modelling and data warehousing experience.

Azure DevOps/GIT experience.

Strong communication and problem solving skills.
