Data Center Network Engineer | £450-£475p/day (Inside IR35) | London (2 days on site) | 1 year contract | Cisco & Arista
We're looking for a DC Network Engineer to join one of our clients. You'll be part of a specialist network team responsible for maintaining and evolving critical data centre infrastructure across a multi-vendor Cisco and Arista estate. This role would suit an engineer that works in complex networks and production environments. What You'll Be Doing
Supporting and developing data centre network infrastructure across Cisco and Arista platforms
Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
Working with technologies including VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, VLAN and STP
Investigating and resolving network incidents within a live production environment
Supporting network changes, implementations and ongoing infrastructure improvements
Proven hands-on experience with both Cisco and Arista networking technologies
Good understanding of modern data centre networking
Experience supporting business-critical production networks
Experience working in regulated environments
