Data & Product Administrator

Do you enjoy working with large datasets, systems, and spreadsheets while supporting multiple teams across a business?
Juice Recruitment are delighted to be working with a reputable Bath-based company as they look to recruit a Data & Product Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator with strong Excel skills and experience managing data across multiple platforms. You'll play a key role in maintaining product and pricing information, supporting business operations, and ensuring the accuracy of critical data used across the organisation.
Hybrid working after training, with 3 days in the office. Onsite parking is available.
Would be open to part time hours, a minimum of 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
Create, maintain and update master data files across multiple product categories and brands
Manage pricing and product information within internal business systems
Support the implementation of pricing updates and amendments
Maintain data across CRM and product information management platforms
Process customer term changes and promotional requests
Generate reports and data extracts to support business analysis
Create and update order forms and supporting documentation
Update product display and proposal documentation
Process order and pricing amendments accurately and efficiently
Respond to internal support requests through ticketing systems
Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, finance, customer service and operational teams
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE
Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
Previous experience within a data administration, product administration, pricing, reporting or analytical role
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and data validation
Experience working with large datasets and complex spreadsheets
Strong IT literacy across the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
