Job Description

This is Adyen

Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition.

For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

The Role

Adyen’s Regulatory Reporting Tech team is seeking a Data Analyst to join us in Amsterdam. You will help in further automating and scaling our global regulatory reporting framework to keep Adyen compliant across all markets.

Together with the team, you will implement key technical solutions to streamline our regulatory reporting operations. If you have a strong analytical background and love solving complex problems, we want to hear from you.

What will you do

End-to-End Project Ownership: You will lead the full lifecycle of our Statistical and Prudential reporting. Your role is to set the direction and lead these critical initiatives independently from the initial idea to the final implementation.

Collaborative Scoping: Working side-by-side with Regulatory Analysts, you’ll brainstorm and implement the logic required to turn raw data into compliant insights. Together, you will translate these mandates into clear technical scopes, ensuring that no detail is lost in translation.

Technical Build & Automation: Work alongside Data Engineers to build and maintain high-performance data pipelines. You will ensure that reports are fully automated and run on a reliable schedule, removing manual toil from the compliance process.

Building Data Trust: Brainstorm and implement rigorous validation frameworks in collaboration with the team
