The business is undergoing significant finance transformation, modernising its systems, data infrastructure, and reporting capabilities. Data-driven insight sits at the heart of their strategy, with growing investment in analytics and automation.

The Role

Lead the design, development, and ownership of Power BI dashboards for key finance KPIs

Build and maintain robust data models using DAX and Power Query

Extract, transform, and consolidate data from multiple finance and operational systems

Own core reporting processes, including monthly, ad hoc, and bi-annual reporting cycles

Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

Act as the Power BI subject matter expert within the Group Finance function

Support ongoing finance transformation initiatives, including new systems and data platforms

Your Skills and Experience

Strong commercial experience using Power BI for financial reporting and analytics

Advanced capability in DAX and Power Query

Working knowledge of SQL and relational data sources

Solid understanding of core financial statements and metrics

Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical senior stakeholders

Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving systems and processes
