Your role

You enjoy working with data just as much as being present on the shop floor? You want to turn insights into real operational impact? Then this might be the perfect role for you.

In this highly project-driven position, you will focus on improving key operational KPIs across production – especially around Error Rate, Minutes per Box, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll combine hands-on operational presence with data-driven decision-making to create measurable change.

What you’ll do

Support and lead Yellow and Green Belt projects within a production environment to improve operational KPIs.

Identify improvement opportunities across production processes and implement sustainable solutions together with cross-functional teams.

Drive change initiatives related to new processes, technologies, and systems to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

Analyse operational data using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, or SQL and translate insights into actionable business decisions.

Low-Code/No-Code Platforms: applications with PowerApps, AppSheet, or similar tools to bridge the gap between "data insight" and "on-floor tool."

Be actively present on the shop floor, engage with teams directly, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Document process improvements, best practices, and project outcomes in a structured and transparent way.

Drive standards and expectations in line with standard work and operational excellence principles.

Provide training and support on process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques. (Lean, Six Sigma)

What you’ll bring

A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations.

Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing or high-volume fulfillment environment

Proven experience contributing to or leading improvement and operational excellence projects

Strong practical experience in Lean Methodology & its tools

Strong knowledge in AI tools and modern
