Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines festen Kundenportfolios inkl. aktiver Steuerung des gesamten Kundenlebenszyklus (Onboarding → Skalierung → Kundenbindung) Strategische Führung, Weiterentwicklung und langfristige Betreuung deiner Kunden als zentrale Ansprechperson nach Vertragsabschluss Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Kunden-Onboardings sowie laufenden Projekten (Timelines, To-dos, Verantwortlichkeiten, Meilensteine) Laufende Kundenkommunikation per E-Mail, Telefon und Video
