We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

You need to be speedy, accurate, care deeply & challenge directly to get the best case result every time.

You will be the Operator's first point of contact & you know what they say about 1st impressions…
Day-to-day client support: onboarding, room and match troubleshooting, account health checks
Primary point of contact for client-facing queries and escalations
Support with low matching roles, driving candidate interaction and pipeline Have strong industry knowledge, being able to understand pain points and support accordingly
Be comfortable in a speedy start up environment - this is a rocket ride
Collaborate with the wider team, jumping into projects, campaigns and more - we win together
Salary up to £37k

There is some requirement to travel.
