Customer Service Executive

Tildenet is a leading supplier of gardenware, horticultural, sport, and industrial textiles. The Consumer Customer Service Executive will provide excellent service to individual customers of our prestige gardening brands including Agriframes and Haxnicks, ensuring timely responses, accurate order processing, and effective complaint resolution support.

About the Role

You will be responsible for handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves supporting escalations to resolve complaints and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to consumer customers by handling enquiries via phone, email, and online.

Process orders accurately and efficiently in the CRM/ERP system.

Log and track customer interactions, ensuring timely updates.

Support the resolution of complaints and escalate issues as necessary to upper management and internal departments.

Maintain accurate credit tracking.

Work with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes.

Person Specification

Experience in a customer service, retail or contact centre environment speaking direct to consumer.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good IT skills, including CRM and Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel

Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines under pressure

Positive and professional attitude with strong problem-solving ability.
