Working closely with the sales, operations, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Assisting with general office duties and supporting the wider business where required.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service, administration, office support, or similar role.

Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Experience using CRM, order processing, or business management systems would be advantageous.

A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Experience within the food, beverage, hospitality, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.

What We Offer

Salary of £26,437 per annum (£12.71 per hour).

40-hour working week.

Staff discounts on Black Sheep Brewery products.

A supportive and friendly team environment.

Opportunity to work with a well-known Yorkshire brewery brand.

Career development opportunities within a growing business.

A varied and engaging role with genuine responsibility.

A lively, energetic workplace with real personality.

Why Join Us?
