The Role
We’re looking for Customer Sales Advisors (internally known as Purchasing Executives) to join our expanding purchasing team in Macclesfield.
In this role, you’ll speak directly with customers looking to sell their motorcycles, guiding them through a smooth, professional, and transparent process from initial enquiry through to completed purchase.
You’ll negotiate fair prices, secure quality stock for our showrooms, and deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the SuperBike Factory brand.This is a fast-paced, target-driven role with genuine earning potential and opportunities for progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and through digital channels
Guiding customers confidently through the motorcycle selling process
Negotiating competitive purchase prices while achieving KPIs and targets
Converting enquiries into completed purchases
Building rapport quickly and creating a positive customer experience
Managing customer records accurately and ensuring GDPR compliance
Using internal systems and CRM platforms to manage workflows effectively
Supporting stock acquisition and contributing to business growth
Representing the SuperBike Factory brand professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, telesales, call centre, or a customer-facing environment
Excellent telephone communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, resilience, and a target-driven mindset
Desirable
Previous sales or negotiation experience
Experience working towards KPIs or performance targets
Interest in motorcycles or the automotive industry
