The role is to provide ownership of a small Key Account Portfolio and providing comprehensive Administration support to the, Support Manager, Key Account Managers and Director of Key Account Management
We are looking for someone who’s organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.

Your Mission at Elis
Managing a portfolio of customers for contract management.
Supporting on an internal service inbox and dealing with Customer and Internal enquiries.
Dealing with customer complaints and completing KPI information for Key Account Managers.
Running and manipulating customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
Using simple KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting.
Co-ordination and support Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes.
Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
Supporting other teams on Annual Leave.
