CRM Marketing Specialist

Your new company A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team on an 8-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, optimising marketing automation, and driving impactful lifecycle marketing campaigns across a diverse customer base.With a strong focus on innovation and customer experience, this business is investing in its CRM capabilities and is looking for a commercially-minded marketing professional who can bridge the gap between strategy, data, and campaign execution.

Your new role As CRM Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, helping to maximise customer engagement and improve marketing performance through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.This is a highly visible role where you will influence stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and use data-driven insights to shape future marketing activity

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies

Managing and optimising Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities

Building, testing and improving automated customer journeys

Creating audience segments and lead nurture programmes

Working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM solutions

Driving CRM projects from planning through to delivery

Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation

Ensuring CRM data quality, governance and best practice

Providing actionable insights to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience within CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or customer engagement

Strong hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience building and optimising customer journeys, workflows and nurture campaigns

Knowledge of customer segmentation, lead management and campaign reporting

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights

A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach

The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
