CRM Executive | Huddersfield (3 days a week) | £30k
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join a growing customer engagement team working for a business you've no doubt heard of!
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CRM experience who enjoys building engaging customer journeys and delivering personalised communications across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging.
You’ll work closely with CRM, Marketing, Creative and Product teams to support campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
Responsibilities
Build, test and deploy CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging
Support campaign planning, briefing, scheduling and QA processes
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging customer communications
Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-driven recommendations for optimisation
Requirements
12 months+ experience within a CRM or lifecycle marketing role
Experience building and delivering customer engagement campaigns
Understanding of segmentation, customer journeys and automation
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo or Dotdigital
