This hybrid role blends CRM campaign execution with digital content management, helping deliver seamless, high-performing customer journeys. This is a hands-on opportunity at the intersection of CRM and digital content. You’ll build and deliver campaigns, shape on-site experiences, and play a key role in driving conversion and repeat engagement across our international markets. You’ll be part of our New Markets team, a group of around 10 people based in London, working in an agile way with clear ownership across CRM and content. The team operates across the US, Ireland, and Australia.  You’ll join the US team, reporting into the Country Manager.  The teams hybrid working days are Tuesday and Thursday's in the office.  With strong growth momentum, it’s an exciting time to come on board.   This role will suit someone with 1–2 years’ experience in CRM or digital content who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
