We're working with a successful and growing business looking for an experienced Credit Manager to lead its credit function and drive performance across collections, cash flow and credit management.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact. You'll lead an established team, improve processes, influence key business decisions and help shape the future of the function. What you'll be doing
Leading and developing the Credit Control team
Driving cash collection performance and reducing aged debt
Managing customer credit limits and exposure
Producing meaningful reporting and performance insights
Working closely with Finance and operational teams to resolve issues
Building relationships with insurers and external partners
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, reporting and processes
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a Credit Manager or senior Credit Control role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercially minded with excellent decision-making ability
Experience managing credit risk and cash collections
Confident using reporting and KPIs to drive performance
CICM qualification is desirable but not essential
