Oversee credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of payments.

Manage and monitor customer accounts, addressing overdue payments promptly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues.

Prepare and analyse reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.

Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to streamline processes.

Investigate and resolve payment disputes or discrepancies efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Provide regular updates to senior management on credit control performance.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Manager should have

Solid experience in credit control or a similar accounting role.

Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage accounts effectively.

Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.

A proactive and organised approach to handling multiple tasks.

Knowledge of the property industry is an advantage.

Job Offer

Hourly rate between £15.00 and £19.00, dependent on the level of experience.
