About the team

Deliveroo's Creative team is looking for a Project Manager to join our in-house Creative Studio, managing marketing and creative campaigns and projects. You'll sit within the Creative team, reporting into the PMO Lead, and join a Project Management team of five — working alongside our Creative, Campaign, Design and Creative Operation functions.

About the role

As a Project Manager in Deliveroo's in-house Creative Studio, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across a wide range of briefs — from restaurant and regional sprints across Europe and the Middle East to global, multi-channel campaigns. Your previous experience in project management within a creative environment will be crucial to your success, and fluency in French or Italian, in addition to English, is required as you'll directly support briefs and campaigns for these markets.

What you'll do

Own the end to end delivery of creative briefs, from smaller CRM campaigns to complex multi-market marketing campaigns including AV and TVC, plus restaurant and Europe/Middle East sprint work.

Develop comprehensive and accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaborate with strategists, creatives, designers, copywriters, artworkers, marketers and agencies, to ensure seamless workflow and project completion.

Act as the main contact for your projects, building relationships between the creative team and internal stakeholders.

Allocate and manage resources, balancing priorities, budgets, timelines and team capacity.

Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate challenges that may arise during project execution.
