Court of Protection Manager / Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) Location: Crosby (Hybrid Working Available) Job Type: Full Time The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Manager / Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ PQE) to join a well-established and growing Private Client team.

This is a senior role offering the opportunity to lead and develop Court of Protection services while managing a varied caseload and supporting a dedicated team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, their families, professional contacts and external agencies, delivering a high-quality and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a mixed caseload of Court of Protection and Private Client matters

Supervising and supporting team members handling Court of Protection work

Advising clients, families, attorneys and professional deputies

Preparing and managing Court of Protection applications and related documentation

Liaising with the Court of Protection, Probate Registry, HM Land Registry, HMRC and other external bodies

Handling estate administration matters and related legal work

Responding to client enquiries both face-to-face and remotely

Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships to generate new business opportunities

Contributing to marketing initiatives, including legal articles, blogs and client-focused content

About You

You will be a proactive and client-focused legal professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to lead and motivate others.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE

Significant experience managing Court of Protection matters

Experience advising on

Probate and estate administration

Wills and trusts

Estate and tax planning

Elderly client matters
