Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Glasgow to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager, offering flexible working, a company pension, and much more. This role would suit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager or experienced Tax Manager looking to progress within a well established Glasgow practice with a strong client base across a variety of sectors. You will take a leading role in managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing strategic tax advice, and supporting the continued growth of the tax department.

What is the day-to-day of the role

Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing all aspects of their tax affairs

Provide advisory led corporate tax services, including restructuring, due diligence, and planning

Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by junior team members

Support the development and mentoring of junior staff within the tax department

Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services

Required Skills and Qualifications

CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent

Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment

Proven experience managing a corporate tax portfolio at Senior Manager level

Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
