About the team
Stripe's Corporate Development M&A Integration team manages the lifecycle of acquisitions from close through steady state. We are a small but mighty team that operates as the hub connecting Stripe's functional groups (People, Finance, Legal, CorpTech, Sales, Marketing, GTM ops, and Product) with each acquired company. Our work is directly tied to some of Stripe's most strategically important bets, and we're actively managing a portfolio of acquisitions at different stages and integration models.
What you’ll do
We're hiring an Integration team member to own program management of a major integration track (either an end-to-end integration, the core operational workstream, or the GTM workstream) depending on portfolio shape and deal stage. You'll be coached by the team lead, but the expectation is that you will take direction once, ramp fast and effectively collaborate across our dynamic cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Own program management of a major integration workstream end-to-end. Build the plan, sequence dependencies, track functional commitments, surface risks early, and drive decisions to closure.
Develop the strategic judgment to articulate why a workstream should be integrated and why now, including how to pace and sequence integration planning across the deal's lifecycle.
Manage peer-level relationships with functional DRIs across People, Finance, Legal, CorpTech, GTM, and Product independently. You are Strip
