Consolidation & Reporting Senior Accountant Location: Tamworth Salary: £50,000-£65,000 per year (DOE)
We're recruiting a qualified Senior Accountant to join a Group Finance - Consolidation & Reporting team. You'll help deliver accurate, timely month-end and group reporting across a large multi-entity structure, working closely with over 40 legal entities and key internal stakeholders under IFRS. What you'll be doing
Liaising day-to-day with group legal entities, issuing reporting instructions and resolving submission queries
Providing technical support for submissions within Tagetik
Reviewing month-end and periodic entity reports, validating accuracy and completeness
Supporting consolidated reporting packs and commentary for senior stakeholders
Helping maintain and administer the consolidation tool structure and data, plus delivering user training where needed
Providing IFRS insight and guidance across the business
Driving continuous improvement across reporting processes (standardisation, automation, simplification)
Supporting ad-hoc finance projects
What we're looking for
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and consolidated reporting in a group finance environment
Up to 5 years' PQE in industry (or similar relevant experience)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Strong systems/IT capability with consolidation/reporting tools
