Compliance Administrator – North West

The Opportunity
An established specialist contractor is looking for a highly organised Compliance Administrator to join its North West office-based team.
This is a key role supporting the production and management of O&M Manuals, compliance documentation, project evidence and financial/project records across passive fire protection, fire door remediation, joinery and survey works.
You’ll work closely with Contract Managers and operational teams to make sure project documentation is complete, accurate, professionally presented and fully auditable. You’ll also support Applications for Payment, invoicing, project trackers and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and maintain comprehensive O&M Manuals and evidence packs.
Collate and quality-check certification, product information, drawings, photographs, test evidence, completion records and handover documentation.
Maintain accurate and auditable project records.
Set up, maintain and quality-check OneTrace records.
Support Applications for Payment, invoicing and variation records.
Liaise with Contract Managers to confirm completed works, values and supporting evidence before invoices are issued.
Maintain cashflow, incoming work, labour, cost/value and project trackers.
Chase outstanding information and coordinate with operational teams, finance, suppliers and clients.

What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of O&M Manual production, evidence collation, document checking and client handover documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
A methodical approach to managing project records and competing deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
Confident, professional communication skills.
Experience in construction administration, compliance, document control, project administration or financial administration.
Experience within passive fire protection, fire doors, joinery, building safety, facilities management or specialist contracting.
Experience using OneTrace or similar project/document management systems.
