About the role
(Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Compensation Manager to support the design and delivery of competitive, equitable compensation programs across the business. This role partners closely with senior leaders and People teams to provide data-driven guidance on pay decisions, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal frameworks.
You’ll play a key role in delivering the annual compensation cycle, advising on complex compensation topics, and helping to evolve our approach as the organization grows.
What you’ll be doing
Support the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, bonus processes, and equity allocations
Lead end-to-end compensation-related projects, taking full ownership and accountability to ensure successful delivery
Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to advise on compensation decisions, including offers, promotions, and retention cases
Deliver clear, high-quality reward analytics and insights to senior stakeholders, with a focus on compensation, market data, and emerging trends
Conduct market benchmarking using industry-standard sources and translate insights into practical recommendations
Maintain and refine salary ranges, pay structures, and compens
