At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!
We are looking for a Commercial Technology Platform Lead to cover a period of maternity leave within Trustpilot's Go To Market Technology department, in the Technology organisation. This is a fixed-term contract expected to start in September or October. It's a delivery-led role, so you'll spend the majority of your time running the day-to-day of our Commercial Tech team and owning BAU, with roughly 30-40% of your time hands-on in our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud).
You'll be the person who keeps things moving. You'll own triage, sprints, and release delivery, line manage the Commercial Tech admins and developers, and act as the first escalation point for the area. You'll work closely with the Head of Commercial and Marketing Technology to make sure the global strategy is being delivered on the ground, and you'll keep our commercial stakeholders well informed throughout. The ideal candidate pairs a solid delivery management background in scrum or agile with enough Sales Cloud depth to get hands-on when the work calls for it.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract and will be a hybrid role based out of our central London office (once/twice per week in the office).
