Data & Forecasting: Building rolling sales forecasts using historical data, market insights, and macroeconomic indicators.

Distributor Liaison: Serving as the main operational contact for global dealer data to track performance and gather regional market feedback.

Supply Chain Alignment: Coordinating with manufacturing to match distributor demand with production capacity and prevent stock outages.

Stakeholder Mediation: Balancing the competing priorities of commercial teams driving for sales and production teams managing tight capacities.

Essential Candidate Profile - Commercial Operations Analyst

Background: Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or Statistics, with B2B corporate experience in manufacturing, demand planning or distributor networks.

Technical Tools: Advanced Excel skills combined with hands-on experience using ERP (e.g. SAP) and CRM platforms.
