Working within a dynamic and forward-thinking finance team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving profitability, supporting strategic decision-making and delivering meaningful commercial insight across the organisation.

The Opportunity As Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a key finance business partner to senior operational, commercial and marketing stakeholders, helping shape trading decisions and future growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include

Commercial ownership of the UK P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting

Leading financial planning processes and ensuring alignment with wider business objectives

Providing insightful analysis of revenue, margins and profitability drivers

Developing financial models, forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic decisions

Identifying risks and opportunities to maximise business performance

Producing clear, meaningful reporting and KPI dashboards for senior leadership

Partnering closely with commercial, marketing and trading teams to influence decision-making

Supporting pricing, promotional and investment decisions through robust financial analysis

Building and evaluating business cases, ensuring strong commercial returns

Leading regular performance reviews and providing actionable recommendations

Driving continuous improvements in finance processes, systems and reporting

Supporting and developing junior finance team members where appropriate

About You We're looking for an ambitious, commercially focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-moving, data-led environment. You'll bring:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification

Strong commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering experience

A proven ability to influence stakeholders and challenge constructively

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight

Experience building financial models, forecasts and investment appraisals

Strong Excel and reporting systems experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, driven and solutions-focused mindset
