Commercial Finance Manager

Your new company A well-established, nationally recognised consumer-facing business is seeking a commercially minded Pricing Manager to join its finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. With a strong portfolio of market-leading brands and a significant UK presence, the organisation offers a dynamic environment where commercial finance plays a key role in driving business performance.

Your new role Reporting into a senior pricing leadership team, you will be responsible for optimising pricing, promotions and margin performance across a portfolio of products and services. Working closely with marketing, operational and finance stakeholders, you will analyse commercial performance, provide pricing recommendations, evaluate promotional activity and support the delivery of strategic growth plans. This is a highly visible role that combines commercial insight, financial analysis and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience in a commercial finance, pricing, revenue management or analytical role, alongside strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decision-making. A commercially focused mindset, excellent analytical capability and the confidence to challenge and support senior stakeholders are essential. An accountancy qualification is desirable but not essential.
