Commercial Finance Analyst
We are looking for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Analyst to provide insightful analysis, reporting, and financial modelling that supports data-driven decision-making across the business. Working closely with finance and cross-functional teams, you will help drive performance through KPI analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business intelligence reporting.
Office location: Greenford, Middlesex
Working Hours: fully on-site, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 45mins meal break.
Salary: £40-45k DOE

Key Responsibilities
Support month-end reporting, including accruals, provisions, and financial adjustments.
Analyse commercial and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights.
Assist with Board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop financial models to support tenders, sourcing decisions, investments, and cost management.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and BI reporting tools.
Monitor margins, waste, yield, and other performance metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial functions.
Support ad hoc analysis and business projects as required.
About You
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Part-qualified or qualified CIMA (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years' experience in Management Accounting or FP&A.
Strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills with experience in ERP systems, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data warehousing concepts.
Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and able to work to tight deadlines.
FMCG experience desirable.
