Job Description

As a Commercial Development Manager, you will play a key role in building and scaling the Wolt Benefits service in Finland. You will drive merchant expansion and onboarding across all Benefits categories, including restaurants, sport and culture and more, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships.

This is a high-impact role combining hands-on commercial execution with long-term business development. It is well suited for someone who is commercially driven, structured, and motivated by developing new processes and scaling technology-enabled solutions.

In this role, you will

Lead the growth of the Wolt Benefits merchant network across Finland

Support SMB sales related to the Wolt Benefits offering

Leading and developing a growing team within sales and account management professionals

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, onboarding, legal, and marketing teams to ensure best-in-class processes and support product expansion in Finland

Develop and optimize sales materials and onboarding frameworks across all merchant verticals

Track and analyze KPIs, pricing, and commission structures, and audit onboarding quality to improve efficiency and profitability
