About the job: For our ambitious and fast-growing team in London, we are looking for a Commercial Analytics Manager. In this exciting role you will be supporting with setting the analytical direction for the team, building & maintaining our BI infrastructure, and driving key analytical projects. Within this you will be looking to improve data quality & tooling across teams, bringing our analytical capabilities to the next level. This will form the foundation from which you will produce insightful and actionable dashboards, datasets & analysis, which in turn will be used to underpin key decisions and recommendations, informing future developments and improvement of our product (the meal kits we send our customers every week!)
In this hands on role you will be leading on the scoping, building and managing of our Commercial BI infrastructure, ensuring we are providing highly insightful/actionable Tableau dashboards
Focused on improving our data quality & tooling across teams
Championing a strong data culture across the business, influencing how teams adopt and act on analytical insights
Ideating, scoping and leading key strategic analytical projects focused on driving improvements in our core product
Deep diving large datasets and pulling out key insights which will underpin core product improvements
Present and obtain approval on any recommendations from Senior Management
Identify, develop and implement new approaches and processes across the business, whilst mapping out recurring processes, and finding ways of simplifying/optimising them
Collaborate closely with teams such as Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics, Procurement & Operations and Marketing
Collaborate closely with International HelloFresh geographies ensuring synergies are found and leveraged
