The Role

Deliver regular commercial reporting across sales, products, customers, and costs to provide clear performance visibility

Analyse trends against targets, budgets, and forecasts, identifying key drivers and opportunities for growth

Produce ad hoc analysis and reporting to support decision-making across business functions

Interpret customer, product, and market data to highlight risks and opportunities

Support forecasting, business planning, and target setting through robust data analysis

Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to provide insights and recommendations

Contribute to product development and launch analysis, including performance tracking and optimisation

Support data automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency

Conduct market and commercial research to inform strategic direction

Your Skills and Experience

A degree in Data, STEM, or a highly numerate subject such as Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or similar

Strong commercial experience in data analysis within a business environment

Advanced Excel skills with experience in data manipulation and reporting

Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau, or the ability to develop these skills

Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis is advantageous

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
