Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the ongoing operational management and optimisation of cloud services across a large-scale enterprise environment. This role focuses on service performance, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring cloud platforms are stable, secure, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day service delivery of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Monitor and report on service performance, availability, and SLAs/OLAs

Act as a key point of contact between cloud engineering, service management, and business stakeholders

Manage and maintain incident, problem, and change processes in line with ITIL

Produce regular service reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics

Track and manage service risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)

Support supplier/vendor management, ensuring contractual service commitments are met

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cloud services

Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance frameworks

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Service Delivery Analyst / Service Management / IT Operations role

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a live service environment

Experience working within ITIL-based service management frameworks

Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
