Cloud IAM Support Engineer

Cloud IAM Support Engineer Manchester | Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for a Cloud IAM Support Engineer to join a growing Identity & Access Management team supporting enterprise-scale identity platforms within a highly secure environment.

Please note

This role is based in Manchester and requires onsite attendance 5 days per week.

Applicants must be eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Entra ID and Okta experience who enjoys supporting complex hybrid identity environments and enterprise authentication services. What you'll be doing

Support Microsoft Entra ID in a production environment.

Administer and support Okta.

Manage hybrid identity synchronisation using Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect.

Support identity integrations with security tooling, including CrowdStrike.

Support SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and Enterprise Applications.

Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests.

Contribute to continual service improvement and technical documentation.

Essential experience

Microsoft Entra ID

Okta administration/support

Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect

CrowdStrike integration or support

Experience supporting hybrid identity environments

Desirable

Active Directory (Users, Groups, GPOs & PKI)

BeyondTrust PRA/PAM

Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM/FIM)

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
