We are seeking an experienced Client Programme Manager to join a leading law firm and play a key role in driving strategic client growth, client experience, and account management initiatives.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead and develop key client programmes, including Key Account Management (KAM), Client Feedback, and Client Experience (CX), helping to strengthen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and embed best practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Key Account Management programme.
Support strategic client planning and account growth initiatives.
Lead client feedback and listening programmes, turning insights into action.
Drive client onboarding and client experience improvements.
Facilitate collaboration between partners, business development teams, and other business services functions.
Monitor programme performance and provide meaningful reporting and recommendations.
About You
Proven experience in client programmes, account management, business development, or client experience.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
Experience within a professional services environment is highly desirable.
Commercially minded, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
