The Role: Chief Operations Officer (PCF-42)

We are seeking an EU Chief Operating Officer (PCF-42) to join TrueLayer Ireland Limited (TIL) - TrueLayer’s EU regulated entity. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for the overall operational management and control of the Irish regulated entity. As a visible leader in our Dublin headquarters, you will champion TrueLayer’s high-performance culture and foster local collaboration by maintaining a regular office presence in line with our hybrid model.

The COO will form part of the management team for TIL’s EU operation, supporting the Truelayer Ireland CEO to lead the vision, strategy, and operations of TrueLayer Ireland with a special focus on operational resilience and outsourced functions ensuring they are effectively managed and fully aligned with relevant local regulatory requirements.
