Here’s the story so far: We’ve joined forces with Lactalis, a £26 billion global dairy powerhouse; moved into our state-of-the-art £10 million campus in Speke; served half a billion shakes to 2.5 million passionate customers; and delivered continuous growth every year across our 13-year history. Today, we’re a £60 million+ force in health and nutrition. Tomorrow, we’re a £100 million+ powerhouse. Moving from £60M to £100M and beyond isn’t an option or a dream, it’s our next milestone.

As our Chief Financial Officer you'll be shaping it as part of our leadership team: owning the numbers, building the models, and partnering directly with the CEO on the calls that matter. It'll take grit, resilience and a genuine appetite for the details, because health and nutrition is one of the most fiercely competitive markets out there, and staying ahead of it takes exactly that kind of edge.

What You'll Do

Take full ownership of the finance function end-to-end—from management accounts and cash flow to Group reporting. Acting as the ultimate guardian and champion of our numbers.

Lead, coach, and inspire our Finance and AI teams with passion, building an agile, forward-looking function that delivers high-impact commercial insights.

Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive key commercial decisions across pricing, margins, capital allocation, and new growth frontiers.

Support our trajectory from £60M to £100M and beyond by building robust financial planning, forecasting, and scenario models that underpin our strategic goals.

Master unit economics and channel profitability at the transactional level, ensuring structured growth as we expand beyond e-commerce into retail.

Implement scalable systems, financial controls, and AI-driven automation, proactively identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks.

You are a vital strategic sounding board for the leadership team on key commercial moves, from retail expansions to new product lines. The roadmap from £60M to £100M+ isn’t a slide decK, it’s an active operational strategy backed by the entire business and supported by our parent company. Thanks to your sharp focus on unit economics, our scaling is deliberate, ambitious, and profitable.

Ideal Candidate

A proven CFO with a strong background in fast-growth DTC or e-commerce businesses, deeply familiar with high-velocity transactional detail and dynamic channel management.

Commercial expertise across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and retail channels, bringing a sharp instinct for unit economics and long-term value creation.

A hands-on professional who comfortably navigates complex financial models while presenting clear, long-term strategies to executive partners.

An forward-thinking leader with a strong interest in technology, leveraging modern financial tools, AI, and automation to generate efficient, actionable insights.

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with exceptional technical expertise in financial controls, planning, governance, and reporting.

A resilient leader who thrives in high-growth environments, proactively identifying operational improvements and aiming to leave a lasting impact on our business trajectory.
