A Channel Manager opportunity has opened with an established international software business that sells its automation technology through a global network of resellers operating across more than 50 countries. Could this be the role where you take full ownership of a thriving partner ecosystem and lead a dedicated team to push it even further?

The Role

The Channel Manager will own the development and expansion of an existing worldwide reseller network, while leading a team. On a day-to-day basis, you will craft and execute growth plans for partners, deliver training and sales support to help them convert opportunities, and track performance with structured coaching where results need lifting.

You will also work alongside marketing, technical pre-sales, and customer success functions to keep partners well-equipped to generate pipeline.

The role is hybrid remote, with 4 days per week from their Warrington offices.

What experience does the Channel Manager need?

A solid background in partner management, reseller sales, or indirect sales within a technology-led environment, with exposure to technically complex products such as software, IT solutions, or IT security

Proven ability to lead and develop a team, including establishing clear goals and nurturing the professional growth of each team member

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging across different seniority levels and functions within a business

Benefits

Base salary to £45,000 with OTE to £60,000
