Work with Industry-Leading Equipment

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing some of the most recognised brands in the commercial catering sector, including:

Merrychef high-speed ovens

Convotherm combi ovens

Inducs induction cooking systems

Delfield refrigeration equipment

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintenance, repair and fault diagnosis of commercial catering equipment.

Deliver high levels of customer service across a varied customer base.

Complete service reports and documentation using mobile service management systems.

Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

About You

You will ideally possess

Proven experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer.

COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5 qualifications (essential).

Commercial Gas qualifications (ACS or equivalent) highly desirable.

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.

Experience using ServiceMax, Joblogic, ServiceM8 or similar field service software.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Full UK driving licence.

Location

This role is focused on the London region; therefore, applicants must be comfortable travelling throughout London and the surrounding areas on a regular basis.
