Description

As a Category Manager you will

Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform decision-making.

Collaborate with marketing and agency teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate agreements to maximise value.

Monitor category performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align category strategies with business objectives.

Present findings and strategies to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile

A successful Category Manager should have

Proven experience in category management within the retail industry

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in working with marketing teams and external agencies.
