Car Sales Manager – Uncapped OTE £50,000 + Company Car

You’ll Need
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between branches
Experience in sales management and the motor retail industry
Knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer law & trade practices
Leadership skills to motivate a sales team

Uncapped OTE £50,000 + company car
5.5-day working week (alternate weekends)

Your Role
Achieve monthly sales and profit targets
Maximise add-on product sales and profitability
Promote brand awareness via social media & digital channels
Ensure excellent customer service and compliance
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Key Responsibilities
Set and monitor team sales targets
Manage stock turnover, market penetration, and showroom space
Improve showroom conversion rates and customer satisfaction
Oversee financial operations and departmental budgets
Liaise with managers, manufacturers, and marketing teams
Nice to Have
Experience running a department, training staff, and organising sales operations
