Job Description

Frozen food isn’t just a backup plan—it’s a huge part of how the UK shops. The total UK frozen category is worth over £8bn annually, with millions of households relying on it every week for everything from quick dinners to premium dine-ins.

From potato products to pizza, frozen veg, and ice cream it’s a category the nation keeps coming back to—especially now we’ve collectively fallen in love with the air fryer (arguably the most important kitchen invention since the kettle or possibly the wheel depending on who you ask).

At Aldi, we sell millions of units across frozen every year, and if we’re honest, we tend to take slightly more than our fair share of what ends up in customers’ freezers. It’s a category where small decisions make a big difference and were getting it right really matters.

Working in our Freezer Buying team means being right at the centre of that. You’ll help shape the range, influence key commercial decisions, and work closely with suppliers to deliver the right quality at the right price—all at pace, and all with real impact.

If you’re always striving to improve and want to join a really important part of the business, apply to join #TeamAldi today!
