We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our People Technology team in London. This is a full-time, hybrid role. You’ll support and evolve our Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management modules through configuration, project delivery and Tier 1 production support - ensuring a reliable, scalable experience for employees, managers, HR and Payroll teams.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Workforce Management. You’ll be the subject-matter expert for how Time Tracking and/or Absence is configured in our Workday tenant, translating business needs into scalable configuration and helping keep the system running smoothly for end users.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like

Own Workday Time and Absence Configuration: Gather and document requirements, configure Time Tracking and/or Absence Management, and support changes driven by new business needs, acquisitions or divestitures, and regulatory updates.

Deliver Robust Change and Release Management: Build and maintain functional designs and configuration workbooks; develop and execute unit, integration, regression and UAT test scripts; and assess the impact of Workda
