My client is a large accountancy firm who are looking for a Business Support Manager in Birmingham.
Description
Manage and coordinate administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Supervise and guide the secretarial and business support team to achieve objectives.
Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding administrative requirements.
Monitor and allocate resources to meet team and organisational goals effectively.
Prepare and manage budgets related to the business support department.
Oversee compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for training and development within the business support team.
Profile
Proven experience in managing administrative functions within a professional services environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in utilising business management tools and systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Can commute to Birmingham
