In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in transforming data into actionable insights by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing information, and building self-service dashboards to support data-driven decision-making., contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Support decision-making by translating business requirements into BI products

Develop and maintain data models, automation, reports, and dashboards using BI tools.

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing basic data validation and quality checks.

Apply statistical techniques and models to address broad business questions and test hypotheses

Actively engage with stakeholders to gather information, explore options, present findings/proposals, and answer clarifying questions.

Create and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation on the team’s data products

Take ownership of several data products, ensuring they remain accurate, up-to-date, and relevant

Provide ad-hoc analysis, data extraction, and support to leadership and other departments to address specific business questions using readily available data.
