Spare Parts Division Manager
Location: Bradford
Salary: Up to £52,000pa plus company car or car allowance

Are you an experienced manager with a background in spare parts, technical products, engineering distribution, industrial supplies, aftermarket sales, or a similar commercial environment?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established business seeking a commercially focused Manager to lead their spare parts division.
Managing a team of 12 employees, you'll take full responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the division, driving sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader who enjoys developing people, building supplier relationships, improving processes, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. The Role Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll have responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic development of the division.
You'll be accountable for leading a team of 12 across sales, customer service, and operational activities while ensuring the division continues to deliver outstanding service and commercial results. Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a team of 12 employees
Take ownership of divisional sales performance, revenue and profitability
Identify and implement new business growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Ensure all customer enquiries and quotations are responded to within agreed timescales
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
Negotiate supplier pricing, discounts and commercial agreements
Review and optimise stock levels and inventory management
Develop and monitor KPIs to drive performance and support decision-making
Act as a senior escalation point for customer and supplier issues
Recruit, train and develop team members
Conduct regular performance reviews and support employee development
Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to identify and launch new products
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the division

Spare parts, components or aftermarket sales
Engineering, manufacturing or industrial distribution
Supply chain, stock management or branch operations
Commercial or operational leadership roles
Requirements
Previous experience managing teams and driving performance
Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for revenue and profitability
Experience managing customer and supplier relationships
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Experience working within a spare parts, technical products, engineering, manufacturing, distribution or similar environment
