Business Development & Partnerships Executive Location: Leeds HQ — Office-Based

Additional earning potential: Performance-related bonus/commission opportunity About Crazy Bull Crazy Bull is an established UK professional hair styling and grooming brand, operating across the UK and international markets.
We sell across B2B, e-commerce, Amazon and international distribution, working directly with professional barbers, salons, distributors and commercial partners.
As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Executive to join our Leeds HQ and play a key role in growing our professional customer base and B2B revenue. Role Purpose This is a commercially focused role responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts and strengthening long-term customer and partner relationships.
The UK will be the primary focus, alongside opportunities across Europe and other international markets.
You will work closely with our field sales, marketing and business development teams to ensure leads are followed up properly, opportunities are converted, existing customers are developed and our CRM is used effectively across the sales process.
We are looking for someone who is confident, personable and commercially driven — someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and ultimately turning opportunities into revenue. Key Responsibilities Business Development
Identify, research and engage new barbershops, salons and potential B2B customers.
Generate new business through telephone, email, social media, direct outreach and other relevant channels.
Follow up leads consistently and convert opportunities into paying customers.
Follow up sample recipients and develop them into active accounts.
Develop existing customers and identify opportunities to increase order frequency and account value.
Re-engage lapsed and inactive customers through structured, personalised outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B accounts.
Identify new commercial opportunities and proactively act on them.
Contribute directly towards B2B sales and growth targets.
CRM & Sales Management
Use our internal CRM system as a central part of the day-to-day sales process.
Maintain accurate customer, lead and opportunity records.
Ensure follow-ups, activities and next actions are properly scheduled and completed.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities do not become lost through lack of follow-up.
Use customer and sales data to identify opportunities for reactivation, retention and growth.
Help create a more structured and measurable approach to business development.
Customer Development & Retention
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, bundles and solutions.
Maintain regular communication with key accounts.
Identify reasons customers buy, stop purchasing or reduce their spending.
Work with the wider team to improve customer retention and repeat purchasing.
Support customer enquiries where required while maintaining Crazy Bull's high standard of customer service.
Gather customer feedback and identify recurring questions, objections and opportunities.
Partnerships & International Business
Support relationships with distributors, micro-distributors and other commercial partners.
Assist with partner enquiries, product information, samples, promotions and ongoing communication.
Support the development of B2B business across European and international markets.
Help strengthen existing international relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Work with Marketing to provide partners with better sales, product and marketing support.
Sales & Marketing Coordination
Work closely with the Head of Marketing, field sales and wider business development team.
Share customer feedback and market intelligence with Marketing.
Support B2B campaigns, promotions, offers and bundles.
Coordinate lead and sample follow-ups.
Ensure field sales opportunities are properly followed through.
Provide direction and support to other team members involved in business development activity where required.
Events & Brand Representation
Represent Crazy Bull professionally with customers and commercial partners.
Occasionally attend customer visits where appropriate.
Support barber shows, exhibitions and industry events.
Assist with sampling campaigns and other B2B promotional activity.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development, sales, account management or a similar commercially focused position.
Strong sales ability with a genuine desire to generate and grow business.
Confident, friendly and charismatic communicator.
Comfortable developing relationships over the phone, email, social media and face-to-face.
Experience using a CRM system is essential.
Highly organised with strong follow-up and pipeline-management skills.
Proactive and able to identify opportunities without waiting to be given every task.
Commercially aware and comfortable working towards measurable sales targets.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Reliable, accountable and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
Able to work effectively across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
Experience within hair, beauty, grooming, consumer products or professional barbering would be advantageous but is not essential.
Additional languages would be advantageous due to our international customer base.
