Locations: Birmingham Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + OTE (£42K-£59K) Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
About the Opportunity Paradigm Employment Services are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing international business.
This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building relationships, and developing long-term commercial success.
The Role You will be responsible for:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Developing a consistent sales pipeline
Working with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Achieving and exceeding revenue targets
About You We are looking for:
Previous experience in B2B sales or business development
A strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales
Resilience, confidence, and a proactive mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in technical or product-based sales (beneficial, not essential)
